Commercial environments have to perform while they represent the business inside them. We coordinate preparation, coating selection, sequencing and protection around traffic, opening dates and adjacent trades.
Our work ranges from conventional architectural painting to Venetian plaster, limewash, Roman Clay and microcement packages for design-led retail and hospitality interiors. Each scope is separated by substrate and system so general contractors, owners and designers can see exactly what is included.
The Pink Guy Inc. is a California C-33 Painting and Decorating contractor, CSLB #1130984, and carries project-appropriate insurance documentation. Licensing requirements differ by market and project; we coordinate compliance before mobilization.

Public-facing spaces require finish quality, schedule discipline and clear trade coordination.
02 / Markets we serve
The correct commercial system balances appearance, cleaning, downtime and life-cycle value.
Retail and tenant improvement: storefronts, sales floors, fitting rooms, back-of-house spaces and branded feature walls coordinated with millwork, fixtures and opening schedules.
Restaurants and hospitality: durable, cleanable coatings and decorative plaster for dining rooms, bars, lobbies, corridors and guest-facing spaces.
Offices, medical and multifamily: occupied-space planning, low-odor options, common-area durability and phased work to reduce disruption.
Warehouses and service spaces: appropriate wall, ceiling, concrete and metal coatings based on exposure and maintenance needs.
03 / Project priorities
Surfaces, coats, preparation, exclusions and alternates are documented.
Work is sequenced around trades, occupancy and milestone dates.
Coatings are selected for traffic, cleaning and service conditions.
Containment and daily cleanup preserve active operations and finished work.
Mockups, lighting reviews and punch standards keep expectations visible.
Submittals, color schedules, safety coordination and closeout are supported as required.
04 / Our process
We coordinate with the project team early enough to resolve scope gaps before they become field delays.
Plans, finish schedules, specifications, substrates, access and operating conditions are reconciled.
Base scope, specialty finishes, repairs, equipment and alternates are separated clearly.
Colors, sheens, product data and representative finish samples are approved before production.
Crews work to defined areas, sequence, protection standards and inspection hold points.
Corrections, labels, maintenance information and final cleanup support turnover.
05 / Common systems
One trade partner can coordinate conventional coatings and specialty surfaces under a unified finish standard.
Walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trim, exposed structure and service areas.
Storefronts, stucco, masonry, metal and wood systems selected for exposure.
Limewash, Roman Clay, Venetian plaster and microcement for branded environments.
Sealers and floor systems evaluated according to traffic, moisture and chemical exposure.
06 / Working in active spaces
Where operations must continue, we develop phases around customer traffic, staff access, cure times, ventilation and daily reset requirements.
Night, off-hour or area-by-area work can be considered when the scope and building rules support it. Premium scheduling changes labor and supervision requirements, so they are identified in the proposal.
On construction sites, we coordinate substrate readiness, lighting, millwork, flooring and protection so finished surfaces are not installed too early or damaged by later trades.
07 / Common questions
